Promotion is only applicable to specific Block-out fabric, selected by the VIV Interiors team.
Quotations include custom window furnishings, tracks, accessories, and installation (where applicable).
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders.As all products are custom manufactured, deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Estimated lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks from deposit receipt. VIV Interior is not liable for delays caused by manufacturing, shipping, supplier constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.
Where installation is delayed by the client for more than 14 days after notification of readiness, VIV Interior reserves the right to request full payment, and apply reasonable storage fees if required.
Warranty: 3 years for curtains, blinds, and installations; 5 years for PVC shutters. 5 years for motors.
Electrical work required for motorised products must be arranged by the client and completed prior to installation unless otherwise agreed.
Removal of existing furnishings is included if requested; disposal incurs a $50–$100 tipping fee (depending on volume) required.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue date.
Ownership remains with VIV Interiors until full payment is received. Risk passes to the client upon delivery to site.
Due to the nature of textile products, minor variations in colour, texture, and sizing (±10mm) may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
For DIY or supply-only orders, VIV Interior is not responsible for installation quality, measurement discrepancies, or damages arising from third-party installation.
