Why should I choose your products?
Our products are made with precision-engineered technology, creating curtains, blinds, and shutters. We use the latest digital measuring tools and advanced manufacturing to ensure a flawless fit and effortless function.
What is the warranty on your products?
The warranty on our products are as follows:
3- years on curtains, blinds and installation, from the installation date.
5- years on the motor for motorised blinds and curtains, and plantation shutters
Will your curtains fade in the sun?
No, our curtains are specially manufactured to withstand the harsh UV rays from the sun.
Can I DIY this?
Yes, most of our products are DIY friendly, however we recommend getting a professional to install to relieve the stress of possible damage.
Does DIY include all components?
No, all DIY jobs will include most components you will need to complete the installation by yourself, however, you will need to source your own screws for mounting depending on what surface you will be mounting too.
What if I can't choose what I want online?
Don't worry, we have a showroom with most of our products on display. For expert advice, book an appointment and we can help you turn you home renovation dreams into a reality. Or if you just want to browse samples, no need to book, just walk in.
How long does it take to make my window furnishings?
Standard lead times are 4-6 weeks however, it depends on what you are purchasing, to get an accurate ETA please contact one of our friendly team to discuss options.
